CHARITY MINISTRY

Psalms 41:1 NKJV

Blessed is one who considers the helpless;
The Lord will save him on a day of trouble.

Our Charity Ministry has been called to care for the needs of the poor or less fortunate in our local communities.  Our current outreach activities include driving to shelters and areas that have the greatest apparent need to give:

  • Lunches - Sandwiches, Fruits, Drinks, and more

  • Hygienic Care Packages - Wipes, Toothbrushes & Paste, Deodorant, and more

  • HatsGloves & Scarves

  • Clothing - Shirts, Pants, Outerwear, and More

  • Bible Tracks, Support, Prayer, and Hope

As the Lord provides us with the opportunity, we also seek to have encouraging conversations with whoever we interact with.  We seek to share the Good News of Jesus Christ (The Gospel) and engage in encouraging conversations and intercessory prayer.  Our future goal is to continue expanding our reach and service to those who lack shelter and provide support to Widows and Orphans.

JAMAICA's

            SENDING HELP TO VICTIMS OF

 HURRICANE MELISSA

Although our congregation in Newark, NJ is small and operates with limited resources, we feel compelled to support individuals who have been displaced or adversely affected by Hurricane Melissa, which recently devastated Jamaica.

Although we can't assist everyone in need, we can start by helping one family.  Please watch the video footage below of Alvin's home—Alvin and his family reside in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, and have been literally left without a roof over their heads.  Alvin will return to Jamaica on November 29th, and we're raising funds to support the rebuilding of his house.  If you wish to help, please consider donating any amount through the links provided below—no contribution is too small.

100% of the funds collected will be distributed to individuals who've been negatively impacted by this disaster in Jamaica.  Our primary goal is to support Alvin; however, if adequate contributions are received, we may be able to offer assistance to other families as well.  Thank you for taking the time to read this! God bless you and may the Lord protect and provide for you abundantly, in Jesus’s name!
